DHL or UPS has lost my parcel. Can you help me?
If you received a track and trace code from us but the code reports an error or the delivery is taking longer than expected, then something might have gone wrong with the delivery of your parcel.
If this is the case, please contact our customer service department. Please provide your order number and the track & trace code of your package. We will then contact the carrier to try and resolve this as quickly as possible.
