What do I do if I received the wrong item or if the item is damaged?
If you received the wrong item or the item you received is damaged, then please contact our customer service department. In most cases they will recommend that you return the item (free of charge) and the purchase amount will then be refunded within 5 working days (at the latest) after receipt of your return. You can then order the item again if you wish.
